Terms of Service

Welcome to Weiland (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, browsing listings, placing orders, or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Account Registration and Stewardship

Members must register with accurate personal information and are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be your own; you bear full liability for any consequences arising from it. Impersonation, lending, or transfer of accounts may result in suspension or termination without prior notice.

2. Listings and Orders

Products displayed on the Platform are supplied by verified third-party sellers. Price, stock availability, and specifications are effective as of the time of ordering. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a binding contract forms only when the seller confirms the order and initiates fulfilment in-system. The Platform and sellers reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the original amount in cases of insufficient stock, pricing errors, or other reasonable grounds.

3. Payment and Currency

Platform v4.0 operates exclusively in United States Dollars (USD), settled via on-platform balance. Funds are debited, frozen, and released automatically across the order lifecycle (pending → purchased → shipped → completed). Refunds and dispute-based adjustments are disbursed only after review by platform staff.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not employ the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sale of contraband, distribution of malicious code, or any activity that contravenes the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, or the user's own jurisdiction. Violations will result in immediate suspension, and the Platform reserves the right to report to the appropriate authorities and to pursue civil or criminal remedies.

5. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, logos, interface designs, source code, and all proprietary content on the Platform are the property of Weiland and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction, adaptation, transmission, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Weiland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of — or inability to use — the service.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be revised from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and communicated by email; continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
