Weiland takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information in the course of providing the service, in line with the principles set out in Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the EU's General Data Protection Regulation. Using the service constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Scope of Data Collected
We collect only what is necessary to provide the service, including but not limited to:
- Account registration data (email, password hash, verification-code attempt counts).
- Transaction and order data (shipping information, order status, payment records).
- Device and connection data (IP address, browser type, operation logs).
- Content you submit (shop settings, product descriptions, support conversations).
2. Purposes of Use
The data above is used solely to: fulfil orders and settlement, perform identity verification, detect fraud and abuse, improve platform features and UX, and comply with statutory tax and anti-money-laundering reporting obligations. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
3. Retention and Deletion
Beyond transaction records that must be retained by law, you may request a data export or deletion at any time. Exports are provided in a machine-readable format; deletion requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
4. Third-Party Processors
To deliver the service we may work with the following categories of third parties: cloud hosting (AWS / Vercel / Neon), transactional email (Resend), real-time support messaging (Telegram), and logistics partners. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements and may access data only within the scope necessary to perform their role.
5. Your Rights
