Return & Refund Policy

To protect consumer rights, Weiland offers a thirty (30)-day return window measured from the order completion date, jointly enforced with each seller. Unless a specific item is explicitly excluded, the following terms apply to all purchases made through the Platform.

1. Returns Accepted

  • Damage in transit or obvious manufacturing defects.
  • Material discrepancy between the delivered goods and the order description, specifications, or images.
  • Shipment errors attributable to the seller or to platform technical faults.
  • Other cases judged reasonable at customer-service discretion.

2. Returns Not Accepted

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g. underwear, close-contact accessories, in-ear audio) that have been unsealed.
  • Customised products or flash-deal items explicitly marked "final sale".
  • Subjective reasons such as personal taste or change of mind after trial.
  • Returns where the outer packaging is intact but accessories or free gifts are missing.

3. How to Submit a Request

Navigate to My Account > Order History, locate the relevant order, click "Request Refund", and enter a reason of at least five characters. The seller or platform will review within 24 hours; upon approval, the buyer's payment is returned to platform balance immediately, and the seller's settled revenue, frozen funds, and multi-level commissions are reversed along the same ledger path in a single atomic transaction.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is borne by the seller when the return is caused by seller or platform fault. When returns are agreed on the basis of buyer preference, the buyer bears shipping. Any customs duties or third-party logistics charges are negotiated separately.
